Delnaz Edulji – Speaker at the ‘Employee Transformation in the Digital Age’ Summit

Stylus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (one of the leading eLearning companies in Mumbai) participated in the ‘Employee Transformation in the Digital Age’ Summit that emphasized on how E-learning or digital learning can transform the process of training employees. The Summit was held on 23rd June 2018 at the Radisson hotel in Mumbai.

Delnaz Edulji – the Managing director and CEO at Stylus Solutions was invited as a speaker to share her experience about elearning development in Mumbai. She enlightened the audience regarding the future of blended learning through topics like ‘flipped classrooms’, ‘facilitator v/s teacher’ and ‘challenges of blended learning’. The topics were covered in an interactive manner encouraging maximum participation of the audiences.

Delnaz also shared insight on how one can encourage digital learning in an organization by selecting the right e-learning vendor to develop the content, while also emphasizing on a hassle free and user friendly LMS platform to deliver the training. Delnaz also shared her views on the way ahead for blended learning.

She ended her session with an interactive 10 minutes Q&A session, which helped the audience clarify their queries. The half day summit ended successfully with great exchange of knowledge and experiences.
